This week, Montana’s Secretary of State Linda McCulloch went on a tour of the Otter Creek valley, southeast of Ashland, MT, and the Black Thunder Coal Mine, outside of Gillette, WY, with representatives from Arch Coal and other unnamed Montana legislators.
